History:  Somewhere in Shadow Dale, one tenday ago:

As the Half-Elven adventurer, Tenis (said I was low on creativity), was
striding along a wooded trail, he was paying no attention to his
surroundings, other than the songs of the birds, and the smells of the
flowers.

Meanwhile, a mercenary brigand group (backed by Zhent Gold), prepared to
lay ambush along the road.  The three brigands, Dwarves by the name of
Gneis, Sed, and Ignam, lay low in the underbrush, with their crossbows at
the ready.  As they saw the lone stranger, with his fine clothes and
quality weapons, they drew a bead and fired.

Tenis never knew what happened, he was listening for the song of a
songbird, one moment, when he had a sudden pain in his chest, he looked
down to see the quarrel sticking from his chest, and slumped over, dead.

The three dwarves swarmed over the body to squabble over their bounty.
Among what they found was a finely made short sword, covered with squabbles
(Holy Symbol of Tymora), and a several wineskins of Dwarven Ale.  They
planned a great celebration for that night.

As their intoxication grew, so did their boasts, as did their greed.  From
their tree-top hide-out (they never liked it), they had a good view of a
nearby farm.  At last, Sed, who had claimed the Short Sword said, "Sheees
thems moooooooooo mooooooo, mmmmooooing thingys, I'sed a wishen' me's haden
a waysa't killen them mmmm, oooo, thems big thingys, o'er there, or are
dey's there?"  (Probably referring to the Zhent reward of 2 copper per,
Shadowdale herd animal slaughtered).  Thus. their was a flash of light,
much stumbling dwarves, and Sed had the impression he had just dropped a
quarrel down below.

In the morning he remembered none of it.

Thus, within a field in Shadowdale awaits an item of Great (maybe) Magic.

Appearance:  This arrow appears as a normal flight arrow, except it
contains the holy symbol of Tymora etched upon the arrowhead.

Sed's Short Sword is a finely crafted, yet plain short sword, with the
holy symbol of Tymora upon the hilt.

Powers:  The Arrow is a arrow +1/+4 vs cows, that kills any cow it
strikes.  It can be used repeatedly as a +1 arrow, but once it is used to
slay a Cow, the arrowhead shatters, destroying the magic.

The Short Sword is a +1 Luckblade, but the last Wish had just been used.
