An interesting item of low power:

        Dweok called the "Barely Competent" behind his back, sought to prove them
all wrong by making an item of such power he could kill all that opposed
him.  The result was Dweok's Dart of Doom.  It was not what he had planned.
 In fact, he was so ashamed, he hid it in the bottom of his tower and
forgot about it.  It did not surface till he was killed by a tribe of
Taslois that invaded his tower in the Moonwood.  The Tasloi's leader took
it for his own, and uses it to this day.

        Appearance:  This appears as a jet black dart, with a blood red tip, and a
Bloodstone embedded into the other end.

        Powers: It is a Dart +1 that automatically returns to its owner at the end
of every round (with a successful Dex check, a 20 results in the wielder
taking 1d4+1 damage).  Also on a natural 20, the weapon acts as sword of
wounding.  After perusing a banned copy of VGtaTM, he tried to enchant a
bloodstone with the ability to Heal 1/day, instead, the owner can use it to
heal 1 H.P/Month.
