Deep with in the High Forest, close to the Star Mounts, lives an elder,
insane, and nearly homicidal Treant.  The Treant, Golden Limbs, has spent
several centuries retreating further and further into the High Forest,
because of his unique, golden Leaves, he has become the target of various
hunter from time to time.  as he watched those who tried to defend him
fall, he slowly began a decent towards madness.  The Journey was complete
when most of the Druids who had chosen to defend him were ripped apart one
by one in the middle of the night by Carnivorous Apes.  In his Madness he
chose to blame humans for all of his suffering, and thus began to plot ways
to get rid of them.  After many years of trying, he finally was able to
manifest his hatred within his own dead, branches and golden leaves.  He
then began his career of making arrows with and giving them to anyone who
promised to use them to kill humans.  Since that time, however, his cause
has been turned more to the cause of good, by his Guardian Leyla.

Leyla (now GE-F, N Dr-14), heads the Green Elven Druid circle that was
nearly destroyed by the minion of Malar.  Leyla is also a Harper Friend,
and feels great pity for her childhood friend, Golden Limbs.  She has
managed to convince him to let her bestow the arrows to those whom she feel
best suited to use them.  She tends to give them to Harpers, Rangers,
Elves, and those who have done her druidical circle a service.
Furthermore, she only gives them to those she feels will have conflict with
humans who lack an understanding of Nature and Balance, (such as Zhents,
Sembians, some Waterhadvian Nobility, etc...)  Since the number Golden
Limbs can safely make (2d4/month), she is reluctant to give more than one
or two to any one individual.

Appearance:  These Arrows look like lightly varnished ash arrows, with
broad heads that appear to be made of a gold Oak leaf folded into the shape
of an arrow.

Powers:  These arrows function as Sheaf Arrows +1/+4 vs Humans, as well as
doing double damage to any human it hits.  This also applies to once human,
such as human skeletons, Liches, ghosts, etc...If an arrow misses it can be
retrieved.  If it hits a non-human, it must make a saving throw vs Crushing
Blow as Wood, Thin, with a +1 Bonus, if it fails the head is broken, and
the arrow is destroyed.  Any arrow that hits a human is destroyed.
