Another item of oddity:

        Velzeen was a barber (see Arabian Adventures), who migrated from the City
of Quadra in Zakhara to the city of Memnon in Calimport.  He made his
living with his skill at hairstyling and shaving.  No one knew the secret
of his success came from the magic tools he used.  After his death from
disease in 1360, his items were sold and the current where about of these
items are unknown.

        Appearance:  These items appear as a simply set of highly crafted,
electrum inlayed set of 3 razors, and 6 scissors, and other items appealing
to the barber's trade.

        Powers:  The Razors are +5 weapons, with the properties of a Sword of
sharpness, however, they can do no damage to living tissue or skin.  Any
hair shaven by this item will not grow back for a period of 2d6 months.
The scissors grant both Style, Hairdressing, and Artistic Ability
[Coiffureing(?)] Proficiencies, of a +4 bonus to those abilities.  Any
complex hairstyle will remain in its current form for 1d6 weeks, unless a
certain command word is said, whereby the hair just falls down like a dead
mongoose.  Note, the command word can only be gleaned through the use of
the Legend Lore spell, or the Bards ability.  Woe to whoever screws up the
queen's hair, and can't put it back.
